In the event a product is listed on this Site at an incorrect price or supported by incorrect information, orders for such products will be revised to reflect the correct price or information. Gadgets to Go reserves the right to refuse any order placed on this Site. Sometimes we may be out of stock on a particular product or color. Our system will tell you if that is the case. We try to replenish inventory as soon as we can and will do our best to fulfill your request.

Shipping
On deliveries within the USA we will ship via the USPS service. When an order is placed, it will ship to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant and as long as that address is not consigned to a PO Box or private PO Box Service, except PuntoMio customers using their US Tax-Free address. In some countries, you need to provide your tax ID number in order to clear customs. These countries are Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Uruguay. Please enter your Tax ID number in the section on the registration page.
For international service please add your address to the cart or checkout page, and it will automatically update the pricing. We will ship the fastest and lowest cost possible way for you. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by the carrier used. You can track the delivery status of your parcel on the parcel tracking section on our site.
International Duties & Taxes
We will attempt to advise you what the estimated duties & taxes applicable in your country. Internationally we will ship either via DHL or USPS depending on the country. If to Latin America we will ship via SkyPostal.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Miami Dade County, Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. - Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment Processing Security
Gadgets To Go Uses Planet Payment to process your payments. Planet uses a special security platform that protects you and us against credit card fraud. Their suite of fraud & security tools include: Secure Tokenization, we do not store your credit card information on our site. It is stored at Planet who is PCI compliant. We also employ 3D Payer Authentication validating that you are the actual card holder. Our enhanced fraud protection, powered by Kount, draws from a series of fraud monitoring and prevention services to ensure our customers’ transactions are fully protected.
Payment in Local Currency on International Orders
We can charge your credit card in your local currency if it is offered in your country. Planet Payment offers Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) service. Thus our international customers enjoy the confidence and convenience of paying in their own currency when they use their Visa® or MasterCard® credit card abroad.
Benefit to our international customers when paying in your local currency:
